At Montaña and Mesa Coffee, we had a vision to bring the freshest Caffea Arabica for our fellow TEXANS.

Manny had a vision of bringing some of the most organic, freshest Colombian coffee straight to Texas—offering a rich, authentic taste of the Andes Mountains with every cup. His mission is to bridge cultures through flavor, delivering a coffee experience rooted in tradition, purity, and bold character. To make this vision a reality, Manny partnered with multiple plantation farms across Colombia, sourcing directly from growers who cultivate some of the freshest and richest coffee on the planet.

We roast our coffee beans in-house, creating unique blends that are bold, smooth, and bursting with flavor. Our roasts are crafted from beans grown in their most natural form—free from pesticides and insecticides—ensuring a clean, pure cup every time. Our coffee is sourced from the finest coffee plantations around the world, delivering a rich and satisfying experience with every sip.
